Web Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Web Analyst to join our team.

As a Web Analyst, you will manage the existing Creatio analytics tools and personalization strategy across our website and paid channels. You will be responsible for monitoring the results, suggesting performance optimization strategies and working with the teams to adopt a data-driven approach to campaign management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Analytics in paid channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Campaign, Meta for Business etc.

• Regularly monitor the performance of our paid and organic digital properties.

• Set up UTM tracking, dashboards and reporting for the various teams and help them pull insights from the data.

• Determine key performance indicators for campaign tracking and analysis.

• Perform A/B testing to determine website functionality and usability.

• Report data and insights from digital tracking programs.

• Collaborate with web development team to establish best practices.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with web and digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.

• Proficient in reporting from Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta for Business.

• Experience with PowerBI.

• Demonstrated experience with heat mapping tools (e.g., Hotjar).

• Understanding of A/B Testing tools.

• Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
