The Technical Analyst is a key member of the Health & Welfare Implementation Team and is responsible for interpreting requirements to build and implement a new client.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Requirement/Analysis

  • Ability to comprehend Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Domain

  • Maintain and update BRD for ongoing changes

  • Interprets requirements to create systems specifications documents to build and execute system

  • Perform Data Analysis, Audit, and associated research and provide subsequent resolutions

  • Work alongside with Sr. members or individually (as required) to assist in smooth integration/transition of processes to LSD/Ongoing and create/maintain documentations for the same

  • Responsible for solving the production related issues and preparation of annual calendar, as applicable

  • Execute & Manage the assigned tasks {analysis and production} specific to your Tower

  • Test Plan/Test Execution

  • Reviews Test results for accuracy/completeness and mapping to Requirement Artifacts

  • Create Test Plans & In depth Reviews of Test Plans with BRD and identify gaps in system/requirements against Benefits Laws

  • Accountability/Communication

  • Work independently on tasks assigned

  • Demonstrate ownership on work assigned

  • Update all documentation with task details and provide regular updates to team

  • All other tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Computer related bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of related Health & Welfare benefits administration experience.

  • Ability to compose SQL queries. Preferably in Sybase SQL.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access

  • Effective oral, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to forge strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple activities with changing priorities simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and to problem-solve issues.

  • Ability to learn and utilize proprietary software products.
