Responsibilities
This position is responsible for implementing and supporting the College's many websites that serve both internal and external
visitors.

Prototypes and implements web pages for various formats (computer, tablet, mobile phone).
Makes regular updates of content and graphics.
Coordinates web development projects with IT staff, college administration, the communications team, and others as needed.
Remains current with web languages and web tools in order to implement new features; documents development and production code and systems.
Monitors and assesses performance of the web sites; makes recommendations on web servers and software, assists in the installation, configuration and management of the hardware and software systems.
Assists centers, institutes, and student organizations with the development of web sites that can be integrated into the college web site.
Supervises student assistants who work on parts of the web site. Assists with the recruiting and selection of students to assist in the web site development. Assists with the training of faculty and staff assisting with or developing content for the web site.
Provides regular status reports and recommendations to the Dean, Associate Deans, and Directors about the web site and its evolution.
Creates and develops video content for CCI, including pre/post production, as well as promotion of videos. Maintains video content on website and provides updates as needed. Supervises and trains student interns on video equipment and content development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other appropriate degree and two years of experience or a combination of appropriate post high school education and experience equal to six years. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate.)

Anticipated Salary Range
Anticipated starting salary in the low $50,000's, commensurate with education and experience.
