Work you'll do

  • Support Cyber Protection Team (CPT) operations.

  • Manage the Weapons & Tactics program.

  • Manage and teach PBED in support of CPT operations.

  • Support tactics improvement program.

  • Assist in the development of CPT training and exercise scenarios.

  • Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams.

  • Work alongside federal clients to help them mitigate risk with the use of continuous monitoring and incident response.

  • Establish security controls to ensure protection of client systems.

  • Implement cutting edge security tools for our federal clients.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required

  • At least 10+ yrs experience with the following:

  • Weapons and Tactics SMEs maintain the highest levels of knowledge and proficiency of adversary TTPs, CVA/H weapon system capabilities, and Host/Network CPT Operator functionality

  • Knowledge of, and can implement, the PBED (Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief) process

  • Experience with coordinating with the Intelligence, STAN/EVAL section, and training sections on training/exercise scenarios.

  • Knowledge of DAFMAN 11-260, Tactics Development Program. SMEs maintain all training, certification, and functional qualifications required for the host analyst and the network analyst CPT crew positions.\

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • IAT III certification

  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)

  • OS or Security Tool Certification
