During the 2017 and 2018 hurricane seasons, Florida was impacted by three major hurricanes. These communities are still struggling to rebuild and recover.

There is an immense need for assistance. AmeriCorps VISTA Summer Associate members will partner with various long term recovery group and other organizations to assist with the recovery and rebuilding process in communities following the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. This assistance may include recruiting volunteers, management of volunteers, research for funding, applying for funding, administrative needs, call center staffing, case management data entry, event and training set up, hurricane preparedness training, credit counseling program assistance, homeownership workshop assistance, homebuyer education training assistance, etc. There are many, many ways in which you can help to make a difference in the lives of the people in the Hurricane Irma impacted areas.

Overview AML Compliance is responsible for the Deutsche Bank Wealth Management's ("WM") anti-money laundering program. The Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer ("AMLCO") will work in the Business Line AFC team which is responsible for the New Client Adoption ("NCA") and ongoing high risk review of existing clients, assisting the Business with Policy guidance. Key Responsibilities: * The review and approval of new and existing WM clients specifically Latin America region * Escalation of clients that are subject to negative media from research due diligence * Assisting in the development and implementation of new policies where necessary * Working with operational units to assure appropriate implementation of anti-money laundering policies * Keeping abreast of new rules, regulations and reputational risks to develop implement and revise current policies and procedures * Liaising with Business and Legal to provide guidance on AML issues * Conducting research and analysis on inquiries/escalations from business groups * Supporting WM by providing AML expertise * Providing AML training to all staff within WM * Maintaining a thorough and current understanding of the regulatory environment and actively participating in processes both internally and externally, to affect change beneficial to the firm * Assisting with AML audit and exam related activities * Performing other duties as assigned You will have: * AML experience preferably but not limited to the WM field * Highly proficient Spanish (verbal and written) * Knowledge of Latin America Regions * Understanding of complex and offshore structures * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong research and analytical skills * Strong attention to detail * Motivation and be a self-starter * Ability to communicate issues to senior management in an effective and succinct manner * High proficiency in written and oral communication skills * Ability to work autonomously and within teams * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access * Minimum undergraduate degree * Working experience within the financial industry * Compliance, Legal or Regulatory functions * Superior investigative skills and knowledge of AML laws/regulatory For candidates applying for positions in the US: Deutsche Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.
