Your role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Wealth Strategy Associate to join our team.

We're looking for a Wealth Strategy Associate to:

• be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within financial services

• conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients

• provide support for client relationship building and business development activities

• perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business

Detailed salary information:

• Seal Beach: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $77000

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise

• bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• ideally 5 years of experience in business development and sales
• strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• proven ability to analyze financial data and market trends
• self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• FINRA SIE, series 7 and 66 licenses to be taken upon hire
