Wealth Planning Associate

Your role

As a Wealth Planning Associate, you develop the skills and expertise needed to drive business. WPAs work with Market Management to help Advisors with UBS Wealth Way and how to Deliver the Firm.

WPAs also partner with Financial Advisors in the Market to provide comprehensive financial planning services to UBS clients and prospects. As part of your development, you learn financial planning and client discovery skills, enabling you to work with multiple FA Teams. You will gain a deep understanding of the Financial Advisor role and the client relationship.

Your expertise

• At least 2 years of full-time work experience

• SIE, Series 7, and Series 6 licenses

• High level of integrity

• Exceptional listening and communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence

• Service orientation

• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic

• Organization skills

• Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
