TheClient Service Group (CSG) of J.P.Morgan Private Bank is responsible for meeting the day to day service needsof the Private Bank's high net worth and ultra high net worth client base. Service is delivered through a very high-touchmodel with major service locations in the US, EMEA, and Asia. Client Service Associates (CSAs) are acritical component of the integrated client

coverage model including Bankers, Investors,Capital Advisors, and Fiduciary Managers.

The CSG Strategy & Transformation Team (CSGS&T Team) is a problem-solving group that leads business transformationinitiatives within CSG to deliver high-impact results that improve the clientand CSA experience. The team partners with senior management to define, develop,and implement a diverse range of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

TheCSG S&T VP - Project Leader is responsible for developing and drivinginitiatives to improve the client/CSA experience and business performance. Theposition requires the ability to identify the key problems to solve for,develop and test hypotheses on potential solutions, and partner with and getbuy-in from leadership and stakeholders to implement the solution toaccomplish the target outcomes.

Qualifications Required:

  • Demonstratedprofessional and academic success:

  • Bachelor'sdegree with outstanding academic record

  • Substantialachievements in previous positions

  • Recordof driving initiatives to target outcomes

  • Exceptionalproblem solving skills:

  • Breaksdown complex challenges into key problems to solve for

  • Comfortableworking in dynamic environments with incomplete data to developdirectionally-correct answers

  • Strongquantitative skills

  • Exemplaryverbal communications skills and high emotional intelligence

  • Self-awareand mindful

  • Workseffectively and develops long-lasting collaborative relationships with businesspartners, stakeholders, and leadership across disciplines, functions, andlevels

  • Comfortablechallenging the status quo and getting stakeholder buy-in to proposed solutions

  • Strongteam player and leader:

  • Highlevel of ownership and drive

  • Self-starterwith relentless focus on execution and self-improvement

  • Definestarget outcomes and success metrics, then structures work for self and for teamto accomplish deliverables on time

Qualifications Preferred:

  • MBA or an advanced degree from a top-tier program

  • Work experience totaling at least

  • 5 years with a top-tier management consulting firm or an internal consulting/corporate strategy team, or

  • Graduate degree and 2-3 years with a top tier management consulting firm or an internal consulting/corporate strategy team
