Wealth Management, Head of Centers of Excellence
Oversee the day-to-day functions of Wealth Management's Centers of Excellence (CoE).
Develop, manage, and implement operational policies and procedures designed to improve quality and drive efficiencies.
Support the Operations Group Leader on mid- and long-term plans to achieve operations strategic objectives.
Promote the "One U.S. Bank" mindset.
Provide leadership and direction through Senior Managers and Managers, with accountabilities for the performance and results of a 100+ people organization.
Determine how new IT tools could support reengineering of business processes.
As the leader of a multi-layer department, direct short- and long-term department staffing needs and development.
Be viewed as an advisor to functional leaders; negotiate change across direct areas of responsibilities and others within the organization.
Specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven system requirements.
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
A minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant experience with requisite competencies. Senior Vice President, Managing Director.
Uses advanced logic to make highly complex judgements with a noticeable impact on department / functional results. Master of core functional area and how it fits within the firm and competitive environment.
Broad knowledge across multiple areas and business lines.
Department Manager with multiple layers.
