Summary: As a key member of Wealthspire's Technology Team, the Data Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization, including Advice Teams, Investment, Client Operations, and Portfolio Management. This role involves serving as the go-to expert for the upkeep of Addepar on a daily basis. Moreover, the chosen candidate will lead the integration of Addepar across all departments, playing an essential role in streamlining processes and maximizing the software's potential for Wealthspire's continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Configure Addepar according to the Firm's requirements, set up requisite databases, and establish API integrations with other business applications to ensure smooth operations

• Provide technical support and training to users, create user accounts, manage permissions, and maintain user documentation

• Maintain data integrity, scale processes, and lead the reporting process for LPs, Hedge Funds, PE Funds, and other firm-wide reporting across the Platform to increase efficiencies of Portfolio Management and Advice Teams

• Collaborate with advisors to build client reporting templates and solutions

• Oversee the onboarding of new clients into the Platform, maintain account sets, searches, views, templates, reports, and dashboards, and validate accuracy of client performance, capital flows, security, portfolio, transaction, and pricing data from custodians and other sources

• Create and present complex spreadsheets and models for decision making purposes in a clear and concise manner.

• Understand the Firm's business application workflow processes, effectively monitor and track tasks throughout the workflow lifecycle, and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets

• Perform duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience with a preference for candidates with experience in wealth management or finance.

• Experience with Addepar considered advantageous.

• Proficiency in server-side programming languages like Java, Python, or Node.js, along with expertise in utilizing SQL and ORM techniques for developing secure and efficient APIs.

• Demonstrates an exceptional eye for detail and a genuine passion for interpreting and manipulating data, particularly within the context of wealth management or finance.

• Possesses flexibility, effective communication, and adept project management abilities.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and collaborating within a team setting.

• Presents a professional demeanor and appearance.

• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
