Termite professionals mitigate organisms that infest and destroy homes, such as termites, powder post and wood-boring beetles, and wood-destroying fungi - restoring peace of mind to our customers. These organisms can pose serious risks to the health and safety of occupants and to the structural integrity of the home itself. Termite professionals control and eliminate populations of these organisms from homes and other structures to protect people and to maintain the structural integrity of buildings.

Servicing residential locations in order to control wood-destroying organisms Identifying, selecting, and applying chemical or manual solutions to eliminate infestations Inspecting buildings and premises for signs of infestation, damage, or moisture issues Performing crawl space remediation such as French drains, vapor barriers, dehumidification, and vents Establishing or rehabilitating insulation in attics and sub-floor Installing, inspecting, and maintaining Sentricon stations (termite protection) Compensation: In addition to having more independence in your scheduling, we provide you with the opportunity to control your income. While some positions provide the same wage regardless of effort, at Terminix you have unlimited earnings potential.

Our commission-based pay structure rewards you for completing services, making sales, and provides a bonus system each month for achieving your goals Technicians average between $40k to $50k annually, but our pay structure doesn't limit you to this average Is this you? Looking for a career that rewards you for your hard work Comfortable with crawlspaces, attics, and working in tight, confined spaces Have good physical stamina Able to be on hands and knees for extended periods of time Have a valid driver's license with good driving record Strong planning and organizational skills Familiar with technology and navigating an iPad Extra-ordinary inter-personal and customer service skills New to Pest Control or an experienced bug-buster? Either way, we will train We provide both formal technical instruction as well as in-field training for your first two months.
