Job Description:
Strong knowledge of WebSphere Commerce v6.x/v7.x application development
Strong knowledge of web application development using enterprise Java technologies and frameworks
Strong familarity with web service technologies including SOAP, REST, WSDL is preferred
Strong knowledge of Rational Application Developer is preferred
Ability to work independently, work in a fast paced environment, and manage workload prioritization to deliver high quality work products on time with minimal direction
We require candidates with minimum of Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related field.

You will look for opportunities to optimize the platform structure based on the current state and future state roadmap, and provide ongoing input to the platform managers around data integration opportunities. You will play a critical role around direct connect IT integration with adjacent systems like, SAP and other internal data sources optimizing data flows. Additionally, you will also play a key role in documenting platform architecture, maintaining work instructions and supporting training and knowledge transfer to platform users. You will be a key member of the Sales Operations & Compensation team. You are responsible for (but not limited to) Sales Performance Management Platform Development * Thoroughly assess platform development requirements and plan / organization and execute work product to deliver capabilities to the agreed to plan * Plan, organization and support UAT execution * Maximize the ongoing data integrity and quality across the platform and aligned data elements * Responsible for managing issue escalations to ensure they are addressed in a timely and effective manner Platform Management/Continuous Improvement * Identify data sources and opportunities for additional automation and/or process streamlining * Lead or participate, as required, in developing and delivering training materials on platform details, processes and systems to functional teams * Play a key role in providing requirements, Data elements, and recommendations for technical system builds and enhancements and maintaining and active engagement with IT You are a part of a team Reporting to the Director of Compensation Enablement, you will work with a team of Platform Managers, sales operations resources and Sales Commission Analysts as well as interface with other functions including IT, and other internal Philips customers.
