Job Description Information:

Assists financial consultants and financial advisors by providing sales and servicing support. Duties may include: opening accounts and processing paperwork; working with internal departments and/or directly with the client in solving service/operational issues, answering or providing information regarding procedural/sales questions, and processing client service requests (address changes, statement copies, etc.); processing the movement of funds and equities; scheduling appointments for new and existing clients; monitoring and tracking referrals and sales results; maintaining compliance files; issuing sales/marketing information to clients; preparing sales packages; ordering supplies; maintaining file system for prospective and existing clients; reviewing paperwork for completeness and forwarding to management for review. May act as a back-up in taking and executing unsolicited investment orders directly from clients and/or via toll-free number.

Required Qualifications

  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

  • Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Brokerage client support experience

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Ability to provide administrative support, including responding to prospect/customer inquiries and requests for information

  • Knowledge and understanding of brokerage: systems or applications

Job Expectations

  • Designated insurance license requirements must be completed within 120 days of hire date. Compliance with state law requirements is required.

  • Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In addition state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance.

Additional Information MMCORC SITE MANAGER - Tasks and Responsibilities The Metro-Minnesota Community Oncology Research Consortium (MMCORC) is a consortium of 25 community hospitals and oncology clinics with over 150 physician members in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro-area and surrounding communities extending to western Wisconsin area. MMCORC provides the opportunities for patients and physicians to access National Cancer Institute (NCI) and pharmaceutical sponsored clinical trials for all types of adult cancer.The Site Manager provides dynamic leadership and utilizes a team approach to managing staff at the MMCORC clinic/hospital sites. Additionally the Site Manager hires, supervises and develops staff and manages site-based relationships with physicians, investigators and site staff. As a member of the MMCORC Leadership Team, he/she will cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, process improvement and compassionate patient care.This position will provide oversight to the MMCORC community sites located in St. Paul and nearby suburbs. Partial time will be spent at the MMCORC main office in St. Louis Park. Position is posted 1.0 FTE but .9 and .8 FTE would be considered for the ideal candidate.Staff ManagementHires, supervises and develops staff located at MMCORC sites in the metro area.Supports staff orientation, training and continuing education activities.Oversees daily staff activities and MMCORC operations at assigned sites.Engages and supports staff in continuous process improvement activities.Facilitates cross-site coverage and manages general staff workload and capacity.
