- Welcome guests, employees, and students and answer or direct inquiries.
- Receptionist duties including answering the telephone with proper etiquette
- Retrieve phone messages 3 times daily
- Handles all cashier transactions including, payments and cash withdrawals
- Prepares daily deposits.
- Reconciles daily cash transactions.
- Assist in payroll processing.
- Handles the delivery of incoming office depot and other packages.
- Organizes work by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information
- Assist in routine filing, copying and other administrative duties assigned
- Support Accounting staff as needed
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
