We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Long Island, NY who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running like they should. You will oversee capital improvement projects from initiation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and post construction phases, which includes administering design, CM and construction contracts as an Owner's Agent.

As a passionate leader, you'll take ownership of the project and leverage your people management skills to safely deliver quality projects, on schedule and within budget. Your role keeps our company connected and we'll support you with what you need to be successful.  Here's what you'll need: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering • Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Construction Manager or Resident Engineer, with responsibility for three (3) or more phases of construction namely pre-design, design, procurement, construction, and post-construction.• Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver construction projects• OSHA 10 Certification Ideally, you'll also have: • 5 years' experience delivering wastewater and/or stormwater construction/rehabilitation projects• OSHA 30 Certification• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification *No sponsorship is available for this position

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $165,000.
  
  This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
