Water Truck Driver / Idaho Falls

Overview

FUNCTION: Drive water truck to transport water for construction projects / sprinkling attachment to spray water on roadways in order to control dust.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Visualizes and implements the Clyde Companies, Inc. vision and core values

• Drive and operate water truck.

• Assume responsibility for proper operation and maintenance of company vehicle.

• Perform pre and post safety checklists on truck.

• Observe and obey all traffic laws in the operation of assigned company vehicle.

• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Understanding of equipment controls and electronics

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED

• Class B CDL with Tanker endorsement.

• Clean driving record. Experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Work is performed in an outdoor setting, which could include inclement weather, heat and cold, exposure to dust.

• Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 lbs
