In this role, you will be responsible for both maintaining and growing a portfolio of accounts through service, engineering, and sales within your territory. You will work with a range of clients, including industrial, institutional, and manufacturing facilities, to deliver chemical and equipment solutions for water treatment challenges.

If you're a results-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply Key Responsibilities: Regular service visits to maintain existing accounts, including water testing, equipment review, and system monitoring. Apply chemical and equipment solutions to address water treatment problems in various industrial settings.

Collaborate with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure proper water treatment system design and functionality. Interpret and utilize technical information, such as chemical applications, water analysis reports, and engineering specifications. Focus on the sale of water treatment chemicals for steam boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment.

The Company Watertech's products and services include raw water preparation for process, wastewater treatment, and cooling and boiler system treatment programs. The goal of Watertech's services is the proper control of corrosion, scale formation and microbiological fouling in water systems to both protect the useful life of the asset as well as minimize costs associated with water and energy. Business expense coverage including equipment, travel, and professional development. The Person Bachelor of Science Degree (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Pulp and Paper Science or other science / technical majors). 3 Years of commercial/industrial B2B selling experience. 3 years experience, preferably in traditional water treatment background, paper industry, low and high-pressure boilers, influent/effluent wastewater treatment and cooling tower treatment. Watertech will consider related experience.

Strong problem-solving, value creations and service skills. Middle market and large account management experience is a definite plus. Successful track record meeting or exceeding sales goals.
