The Water Treatment Sales be responsible for identifying, developing, and servicing existing and new accounts in the greater market. They will work closely with our customers to provide water treatment programs tailored to their specific needs. This is a remote position.



Responsibilities:
  • Service existing accounts, obtain and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned territory (i.e. lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting).
  • Promotion and sales of maintenance services to new and existing Chem-Aqua customers.
  • Hands-on servicing of accounts which includes but is not limited to; chemical testing, calibration repair of chemical feed related equipment, and visual inspections of systems when necessary.
  • Schedule service and sales calls includes daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Identify new business needs and opportunities, and develop and implement customized solutions for our customers

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred.
  • Experience in water treatment, water hygiene, environmental health and safety, and/or secondary disinfection is preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales with a proven successful track record.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and management skill.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with experience working teams from multiple locations.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • MUST be Motivated and a Self-Starter.
  • Perform physical work cooling towers, or boiler equipment environment requiring exposure to chemicals, noise, hot & cold temperatures inclement weather
  • MUST be in good physical ability the job requires frequent walking to and
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle record (DMV record will be checked)
  • Ability to work schedule, some weekends required depending on the servicing of accounts
  • Required work activities include but are not limited to, climbing and descending stairs and ladders (from 10-30 in height), sometimes while carrying drums of chemicals weighing up to 75 pounds while maintaining a 3-point ladder contact (per OSHA rules). As of the date of this job description, the available ladders have a weight limit of 375 pounds
  • Be able to wear protective gear for the face, ears, and gloves
  • 35% travel required

Job Summary The Clinical Nurse serves in a navigation role and directs care to the patients referred to the Fetal Treatment Center (FTC). This clinician is experienced and highly skilled with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of pregnancy complications and/or congenital anomalies, the major treatment modalities, symptom management, surgical care and patient education. Under general supervision of the NP Manager of the FTC, the nurse works independently to coordinate the clinical care for women referred to the FTC. S/he will utilize a high level of clinical knowledge to screen patient referrals, triage telephone calls and emails from patients/families; review outside medical records, coordinate patient evaluations, perform duties consistent with follow up care for patients as requested by the FTC providers, ensure efficient patient care flow, act as the liaison between the inpatient and outpatient nursing staff to ensure continuity of care for patients and their families, and assist in the coordination of planned deliveries of established patients and fetal surgical procedures. S/he consistently projects a professional and courteous demeanor and demonstrates an ability to participate as an integral part of the team to maintain the overall quality of care provided by the Fetal Treatment Center. The nurse utilizes an interdisciplinary approach across the continuum of care with adherence to National Patient Safety Goals set forth by regulatory requirements. The nurse is responsible for bringing together the multidisciplinary efforts of the Surgeons, Radiologists, Perinatologists, Cardiologists, Advance Health Practitioners, Clinic Staff, Residents, Fellow, IP Nursing Staff, Genetics, Social Work, Pharmacy and all other ancillary and support departments to ensure a high quality, coordinated, and satisfying experience for the patient. Required Qualifications * Five (5) or more years of recent RN fetal medicine or clinical neonatal intensive care or high risk perinatal experience * Three (3) or more years of recent Charge Nurse or Triage Nurse experience * Managing intake boards * Coordination of specialty consultations * Oversee coordination of care for complex patients including inpatient, ambulatory and access center settings * Participation and coordination of multi-disciplinary committee(s) * Strong interpersonal skills * Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team * Demonstrated ability to work with families * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) training (or within 6 months of hire) Preferred Qualifications * Bilingual Spanish * Computer database skills * Research experience Licensure/Certification * Active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of California * Active American Heart Association CPR certification Living Pride Standards Service Excellence * Demonstrates service excellence by following the Everyday PRIDE Guide with the UCSF Medical Center standards and expectations for communication and behavior.
