The Water Meter Technician position ensures correct read information through technical metering systems and troubleshooting of devices. These actions ensure the accuracy of billing to citizens and business owners. Position performs maintenance and installation of meters, along with direct external and internal customer service. Additionally, this position writes, records, logs and maintains accurate data related to meters and service order work completed.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Embraces technology in a modern meter operations environment

• Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines

• Valid Arizona Class D driver's license
