Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Work under the supervision of senior professionals, preparing drawings, designs, and calculations for projects of low complexity, while continuously developing your skills with coaching and support from your team.

• Tackle challenging problems and introduce new ideas and design solutions to complex water/wastewater projects.

• Demonstrate and continuously develop your design capabilities in water engineering, ensuring high-quality results for all projects.

• Engage with colleagues and clients within the sector, providing clear and insightful explanations to achieve mutual understanding and agreement. You'll build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, occasionally liaising with them under the guidance of senior professionals.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required. Master's degree preferred.

• A proactive approach to identifying and engaging in professional development opportunities.

• Demonstrated technical skills and a keen interest in developing further in water engineering design.

• Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

• High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

• Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
