Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering with an environmental engineering specialty or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of water or wastewater engineering experience.
Licensed professional engineer-PE preferred
Minimum 5 years serving in project management roles on water-related projects preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred
Previous experience managing large-scale water and/or wastewater projects preferred
Previous professional and project management experience serving municipal and state clients within Missouri or Kansas preferred
Previous experience supporting client service, business development and proposal efforts preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Involvement in professional society organizations, community organization or other leadership roles with volunteer organizations preferred
Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and participating in diverse teams preferred
