Wash Bay Attendant

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking an outstanding individual who will be responsible and accountable for cleaning and disinfecting transport buggies, baskets coops and facilities. They will also be responsible for operating a forklift and loading coops and cages at depletion of flocks.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Must have ability to operate pressure washers, forklift, and various other equipment
• Must have valid driver's license
• Proficient in spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Self-motivated and organized

The following duties will vary according to the needs of the department. Normal duties will include:

• Perform Routine maintenance on buggies
• Washing vehicles, equipment and facility to company standards
• Disinfect vehicles and facility following Biosecurity procedures
• May perform other tasks as deemed necessary by supervisor
• Operate forklift for loading and unloading Coops
• Filing routine paperwork.
