PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and repair heating and air equipment.

  • Perform service calls, on COD and warranty clients, as well as maintenance.

  • Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.

  • Maintain a professional image always.

  • Following safety policies and procedures.

  • Abiding by ALL company standards of performance and code of ethics.

  • Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • HVAC Vocational School certificate preferred

  • 1 Plus years of progressive HVAC experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must provide basic hand tools and personal vehicle

  • Excellent attention to detail

Get started! Division Information PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. Job Functions / Responsibilities * Review documentation and claim information on all repairs to determine eligibility for warranty reimbursement. * Identify component problems and causes for high warranty costs or frequency of failures. * Use standardized access queries to interrogate warranty database for cost and frequency causes. * Analyze, process, and file all warranty claims with manufacturers online where applicable or manually. * Reconcile vehicle repair and maintenance records to ensure vehicles' warranty costs are reflected on the vehicles' life to date cost per mile. * Represent PACCAR's interests as direct liaison with OEM representatives. * File and negotiate claims for all policy reimbursements for out-of-service vehicles. * Collect data from each branch monthly and assist in data input for end-of-month documentation. * Track and record "no charge" invoice recovery amounts to accurately reflect the value of service performed on each vehicle. * Reconcile (by unit) all warranty checks received in order to match checks to each repair order. * Negotiate with OEMs for annual labor rate increases. * Maintain technical information bulletins and distribute copies to all shop personnel. * Keep all shop personnel current on any new warranty modifications.
