  • Maintain and repair heating and air equipment.

  • Perform service calls, on COD and warranty clients, as well as maintenance.

  • Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.

  • Maintain a professional image always.

  • Following safety policies and procedures.

  • Abiding by ALL company standards of performance and code of ethics.

  • Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.


  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • HVAC Vocational School certificate preferred

  • 1 Plus years of progressive HVAC experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must provide basic hand tools and personal vehicle

  • Excellent attention to detail

VIEW JOBS 12/11/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-11T00:00 Job Description Ask about our $500 Sign On Bonus The purpose of this job is to perform installations, maintenance and repairs of facility HVAC/R and to repair fuel dispensers at Pilot Flying J food and retail locations. 1. Respond to routine service requests within a designated region; troubleshoot, diagnose and perform equipment repairs based on warranty and industry standards 2. Follow a preventative maintenance plan for work on fuel dispensers, HVAC/R systems and other store equipment 3. Communicate with supervisor and store management to report repair status 4. Complete same day work order repair notes and forward to supervisor; ensure charge allocations are entered accordingly 5. Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are available 6. Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms in accordance with company standards 7. Ensure facility interiors and exteriors are inspected for safety and maintenance issues 8. Ensure repairs, equipment and work activities are performed in accordance with OSHA regulations 9. Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level 10. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures 11. Complete other duties as assigned * High school diploma or equivalent certificate required * Valid state driver's license and positive driving history required * HVAC/R systems certification required * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Understanding of OSHA guidelines, policies, and procedures * Basic knowledge of fuel dispenser repair preferred * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, kitchen and refrigeration repairs preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills * Attention to detail * Ability to manage time and work independently * Intermediate mathematical skills * Ability to read and interpret site drawings * Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with multiple levels of the organization Dallas TX Application Instructions Please click on the link below to apply for this position.
