As a Warranty Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of managing, documenting, and facilitating warranty claims while providing essential administrative support to internal teams. Given the potential seasonal fluctuations in warranty claim volume, you'll also be adaptable to assist with various tasks throughout the year.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a pivotal liaison between clients, subcontractors, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering, ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders.
Interpret EPC contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, drafting formal notices/letters and meticulously tracking legal timelines.
Coordinate on-site warranty inspections, develop and execute work plans, and oversee warranty-related activities on-site as necessary.
Review engineering plans and technical drawings to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment with project requirements.
Maintain project trackers to provide real-time updates and facilitate effective follow-up.
Handle invoicing, indexing, and other Accounts Payable tasks related to warranty claims.
Generate and distribute regular reports and trackers detailing warranty and commissioning tasks.
Coordinate aerial thermography inspection requests, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure seamless data delivery to project teams.
Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to enhance processes and outcomes for future projects.
Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety programs.
Conduct productive meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
Fulfill any additional duties as required.
Hybrid Role: This position entails working three days a week at one of our offices and two days remotely.
