We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Warranty Services team in Carlisle, PA.

This role will work with customers to resolve and manage complex warranty claims ensuring the Carlisle Experience through premier customer service. Work with owners and applicators to resolve problems, follow up with all field investigations and reports, and develop approval requests as necessary. Some travel is required, less than 10%.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Incoming Leak Complaints in accordance with established guideline and provide accurate documentation in the Claims system.

  • Determine projects which need to be investigated by a Technical Representative.Review investigative reports and administer follow-up actions, i.e., follow-up letters/emails to participants at the investigation.

  • Monitor and evaluate investigative reports to determine the need for competitive bids.Determine appropriate repair applicators to provide at competitive bids. Evaluate bids and determine the need to re-negotiate selected portions to obtain the best repair cost available.

  • Monitor projects to completion which will include reviewing and ensuring accurate invoicing, identifying projects which need spot checks, closing out projects and implement costs controls on warranty expenditures and budget.

  • Set and maintain continuous improvement goals, provide technical assistance to warranty services team and customers, compile monthly reports, update claims system, coordinate activity with field technical staff.

  • Maintain proper interpretation of designs, warranties, and policies and procedures.

Skills/Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Associate's degree with two years of roofing or construction experience, Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2 + years of experience in the commercial roofing industry or building materials industry

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver difficult messages in professionally and maintain strong relationships

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, time and resource management skills

  • Ability to deliver training, which will be hands on using tools and products. Products could include those with strong odors.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment

  • Experience with MS Office.

We are looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join our Warranty Services team in Carlisle, PA. The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for processing leak reports through direct contact with Building Owners, Architects, Roofing Consultants, Building Owner Reps and approved Carlisle Applicators on existing Carlisle warranted projects. The Warranty Coordinator will issue purchase orders and provide follow-up calls to applicators and owners when projects fall within the two year responsibility. In addition, this position will provide pertinent information to Warranty Specialist when projects require Field Service Reps to visit the site. Job Responsibilities * Process incoming leak requests from building Owners, Architects and Applicators. This includes receiving calls and obtaining the warranty and pertinent information such as company information and description of complaint. Initiate warranty claim by data entry into internal company claims system. If non-warranted or expired, advise caller. * When caller is a standard leak report, make a determination to issue purchase order to the applicable Applicator to investigate and repair the reported leaks. Generate/issue and fax purchase order to Applicator via the internal company claims system. * Generate record within internal database and mail correspondence to Applicators as directed by the Warranty Specialists. * Assist in opening mail and stamping incoming repair invoices. Receive and process invoices as directed. Skills/Requirements Job Requirements: * A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * Two years of clerical/administrative experience is required. * Prior experience with roofing materials and general roofing knowledge is preferred. * Accounting experience is a plus. * Microsoft Office suite knowledge and strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
