Job Description

The Warranty Representative evaluates and processes aftermarket warranty claims and supports Lennox stores, warehouses, and dealers by phone and e-mail. The person in this position will refer highly unusual situations to a higher authority for review and reconciliation.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Support customer base via email and phones; gather information for recovery returns and authorizations; resolve disputes

  • Submit and track warranty claims with suppliers

  • Track credits through to Lennox AP warranty recovery

  • Setup authorizations and vendor return shipping information for LPP and warehouse personnel

  • Research new vendor's recovery processes, establish and communicate procedures for Warranty admins, store and warehouse personnel, and customers

  • Inputs product registrations and manages the process for residential national accounts


  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Requires at least 2 years related experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Outlook.

  • Ability to navigate SAP, SharePoint, and other relevant applications.

  • Provide great customer service focusing on building relationships.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.

  • Efficient time management and accuracy.

  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
