The Warranty Representative evaluates and processes aftermarket warranty claims and supports Lennox stores, warehouses, and dealers by phone and e-mail. The person in this position will refer highly unusual situations to a higher authority for review and reconciliation.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Support customer base via email and phones; gather information for recovery returns and authorizations; resolve disputes
Submit and track warranty claims with suppliers
Track credits through to Lennox AP warranty recovery
Setup authorizations and vendor return shipping information for LPP and warehouse personnel
Research new vendor's recovery processes, establish and communicate procedures for Warranty admins, store and warehouse personnel, and customers
Inputs product registrations and manages the process for residential national accounts
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least 2 years related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Outlook.
Ability to navigate SAP, SharePoint, and other relevant applications.
Provide great customer service focusing on building relationships.
Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
Efficient time management and accuracy.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
