WARRANTY PARTS RETURN CLERK - BELOIT, WI

As a Warranty Parts Return Clerk, you will handle and manage powersport parts returns for the BRP dealer network to support our internal product quality improvement and warranty processes. To be successful in this position, you must be comfortable working with both manual and administrative activities in a warehouse environment.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Process all US Dealer Warranty Returns (parts, accessories, and clothing) on a first in first out rotation.

  • Inspect requested parts following established basic guidelines and acknowledge part reception in the system. This may include occasional limited disassembly or testing of components.

  • Maintain accurate records and logs of all parts received in a Logbook and our Warranty Portal.

  • Fully process or adjust Warranty Claims as required.

  • Manage shipping of material to different locations to redistribute goods to the correct plant including preparing and documenting of parts to be shipped.

  • Manage engine and engine components core returns including documenting the required information to ensure credits are issued.

  • Manage recycling of metals with 3rd party vendors (scheduling pick up and requests for additional bins as required).

  • Complete a customs shipping manifest using SAP, Logbook.

  • Arrange transport of goods and prepare required customs documentation for shipping material to Canada.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in organization with time management skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy and optimize workflow.

  • Efficient typing and data entry. Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Excel, and Google Workspace.

  • Basic knowledge of powersport (ATV, SSV, Snowmobile, Motorcycle and PWC) mechanics and components.

  • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Initiative: Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.

  • Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of warranty processes, including warranty administration, claim adjudication and parts return analysis preferred.

  • 3+ years experience with completing administrative tasks preferred.

  • Experience operating a forklift (training available).
