With your construction industry knowledge you will provide service to our customers in accordance with the company's warranty policy to ensure fair, prompt, and courteous attention to our customers' concerns.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform required final inspection service within approved company standards

  • Respond to daily incoming customer calls within 24 hours

  • Work directly with customer's on warranty issues and concerns

  • Direct staff to ensure all work is scheduled, performed, and completed in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience managing the service function in the construction industry

  • Good problem solving and fiscal management skills

  • Bachelors Degree preferred

Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Home Care Manager to manage the day to day functions of the customer service and warranty administrative operations including coordination of all clerical responsibilities. This position is responsible for insuring that Richmond American Homes is presented in a professional manner. Responsibilities * Prepare and distribute a variety of Warranty reports using Enterprise 1, Excel, and Microsoft Word. Ensure that RAH is represented in a professional manner. * Perform quality control walks and orientations. * Responsible for scheduling work site appointments with trade partners as needed and verifying completion of warranty work. * Responsible for handling escalated customer service issues to help ensure customer satisfaction. * May work with others to expedite problem-solving. Manage and/or create office procedures with regards to Warranty Service Requests and all paperwork procedures. Additionally, this role requires excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. Requirements Experience in Homebuilding, Construction or Retail related customer service is desired. Customer Service skills and new home warranty experience necessary.
