Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent of education+ experience.
3+ years of experience in customer service, billing, warranty, or other relevant experience + knowledge of CRM (including SalesForce and Microsoft Dynamics).
Digital proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
Pay | $26 per hour
Warranty Administrator Tasks
Registers warranties into vendor systems.
Communicate with each OEM and vendor to provide a map of the warranty process.
Collaborate with the technicians and service department daily.
Follow up efficiently with inter-company departments about open issues.
Ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts, scheduling of appointments, and educate customers as needed.
