Groff Tractor & Equipment, LLC. a leading construction equipment dealership in PA, NJ, MD and DE is looking for an individual to immediately fill the full-time position of WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR in our MECHANICSBURG, PA location.

Previous experience in the heavy construction equipment industry or the automotive industry is preferred. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting up new/used units/customers/users/user groups/notifications/notification groups on all ProCare units

  • Renewing the ProCare subscription when applicable

  • Tracking the ProCare services by sending to appropriate branch and completing the necessary steps when service is complete; confirming hours are correct/updated within the system

  • Providing sales representatives/managers with reporting to include upcoming expiration on Site Watch

  • Advising appropriate service department of customer work that is expiring in ProCare/warranty

  • Maintain all applicable dealer portal administration for all service department employees

Requirements for this position are:

  • Above average computer skills. Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

  • Highly motivated & organized

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Good customer relation & communication skills
