Warranty Coordinator / Automotive Administration
Due to expansion and unprecedented growth, we are in need of an EXPERIENCED Warranty Administrator to round out our service team.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will work with a world-class dealership providing warranty administrative support. This is a challenging and multi-faceted position working in an automotive dealership. We are looking for a person who has automotive industry experience. Do you have a strong work ethic? Are you detailed oriented, organized, and have advanced computer skills with the ability to multitask?

Warranty Administrator Duties:
Process warranty claims and paperwork on a timely basis for each franchise/distributor
Reconcile warranty receivables with payments and post on computer
Handle rejected claims according to dealership or manufacturer specifications and follow up on outstanding claims
Track warranty parts and follow through
File and maintain service records
Answer phones and greet service customers in a pleasant and professional manner
Provide support to service writers and service management as needed
Other duties as assigned by management

Previous dealership experience is a plus
High School Diploma/GED required
