The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is located in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Warehouse/Material Operator I, you will be responsible for Receiving, Order filling and Shipping job functions while placing focus on safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping to meet daily goals and objectives.
Your responsibilities
Receiving, Loading, Unloading, Picking and Inventory control
Stocking products
Consolidate and replenish products throughout the warehouse
Picking and pulling products for daily orders correctly
Resolving inventory issues
Staging material to safety load trucks and trailers
Meeting and maintaining department quality/productivity standards
Operating power industrial equipment
Using technology such as computers and tablets
Viewing prompts on screens and following direction to complete tasks
Proper lifting and loading techniques

Benefits
Your background
2 years of experience in manufacturing/distribution environment preferred
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and comprehend information and count inventory accurately
Ability to work in 3-level modules
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively and frequently
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and climb stairs throughout shift
Flexible to work overtime with little or no notice
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
