GeneralSummary.

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for theaccurate receiving, moving, storing and shipping of product to meet

company standards of safety, security andproductivity. This position is responsible for product safety, quality andlegality.

This position will beresponsible for..

  • Accuratelyselecting product according to the customer's order specifications.

  • Loadand unload product onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.

  • Pullingand preparing product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type ofproduct is loaded and

  • shipped.

  • Performpicking/packing duties in an efficient manner that meets customer servicestandards.

  • OperationRadio Frequency (RF) terminals for various functions including picking,quality, inventory, shipping, etc.

  • Determinethe appropriate destination of product by scanning packages, reading labels andcharts, verifying numbers

  • andsort packages accordingly.

  • Maintainthe facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.

  • Keepappropriate records and reports to guarantee accuracy of inventory.

  • Participatein physical inventories and cycle counts.

  • Checkor count products for accuracy and or damage/ infestation.

  • Becomeknowledgeable of the responsibilities, procedures and duties of other areas ofthe warehouse if necessary.

  • Performlabeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed.

  • Mayor may not be responsible for operating warehouse and computer equipment.

  • Performwork in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Performother duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

  • Minimum6 months of experience in a warehouse environment.

  • WarehouseManagement Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) experience preferred.

  • Strongsense of urgency; flexibility in meeting deadlines.

  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills.

  • Customerservice driven.

  • Strongteam player.
