Warehouse Worker

Flow Components and Industrial Supply is a leading wholesale company in the industry, specializing in providing a wide range of industrial supplies to businesses across various sectors. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing incoming stock, as well as fulfilling and shipping orders to our valued customers. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in ensuring that all inventory is accurately accounted for and readily available when needed.

This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be able to work well independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for maintaining an organized and tidy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of stock.
• Accurately label, organize, and store inventory items in designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and fulfill orders according to customer specifications.
• Ensure that all orders are shipped out in a timely manner and as per the company's quality standards.
• Operate various types of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow instructions and processes.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and practices is a plus.
