Our Warehouse Technician maintains our warehouse inventory, ensures the organization of the warehouse, and helps load and unload delivery and installation crew vehicles. The Warehouse Technician will follow and maintain a manifest to prepare and stage orders for crews to be picked up the following day.

Core Role Responsibilities

• Reviews manifest and cross references against upcoming installation projects

• Gathers windows, allied materials and special-order material by customer project

• Unloads/loads delivery and service trucks

• Ensures organization of warehouse and cage

• Delivers items/materials to job sites as needed

• Performs simple services as needed (screen installation, screen repair, etc.)

Basic Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of work experience in warehouse environment

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds

• Valid driver's license and the ability to meet company insurance requirements

• Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Preferred Requirements

• Experience reviewing manifests is a plus

• Demonstrated experience performing simple maintenance on home-improvement related projects

• Previous customer service experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Ability to learn new software programs and perform basic inventory entry
