Objectives/Purpose of Job:

To provide leadership in the warehouse for all personnel on their shift to ensure that quality components are available for manufacturing to meet the production plan and materials are provided or removed from manufacturing lines as needed.

Place customer service and accountability to the customer as the constant goal. Coordinate closely with other departments on operational and planning issues related to meeting the production plans and company goals. Assume responsibility for the GMP, environmental health and safety procedure awareness and compliance within the respective area.

Key Activities/Responsibilities:

• Supervise, develop, provide feedback, and coach employees. Complete performance reviews on a semi-annual basis. Assist employees with payroll transactions for approximately 6 employees.

• Review weekly production schedule and work with the manufacturing department to ensure jobs are kitted and scanned in a timely manner. This will be for the filling and packaging areas. Coordinate activities to support the production schedule. This includes coordinating with our off-site warehouse to ensure components are transferred to Hidden River in a timely manner.

• Perform daily MDI sessions with all warehouse shift employees.

• Perform non-conformance investigations and write reports as required.

• Knowledge and backup capabilities for Receiving and Distribution activities including Export documentation. Ensure that finished goods and Brite Stock are transferred via truck from Hidden River to Sligh Ave properly and on a daily, shift by shift basis.

• Review, approve, write, and revise SOP's and other documentation as needed.

• Participate on OpEx teams and attend training sessions as required. Train/re-train department personnel on safety, CGMPs and SOPs as needed. Support Operational Excellence and Safety initiatives. Work with Tech Services, R&D and Contract Manufacturing on the transfer of new products & engineering studies.

• Oversight and execute transactions in the inventory management system (ERPLX), PeopleSoft,Blue Yonder, and OBT. Learn SAP as it is rolled out to the site.

• This position requires completion of ERPLX, Peoplesoft, Blue Yonder, SAP (2025) and OBT training and DOT Certification, Forklift Certification. Will be certified to drive the company truck as needed.

Qualifications/Training:

Education:

• HS Diploma required. Associates degree preferred.

• Demonstrated exceptional people management and leadership skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Makes decisions based on reason and data.

• Problem solving, facilitator and management skills. Self-initiative.

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills. Demonstrated analytical skills. Must be results oriented on a continual basis.

• Forklift certification, HAZMAT certification, ERP system knowledge.

Shift: Monday to Friday / 11:00pm to 7:30am
