POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Warehouse Team Lead will take a lead role in all warehousing and yard activities in the Midland, Texas depot ensuring that all orders are picked, verified and ready prior to the delivery date. The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for safety, quality and overall productivity of all loading and unloading activities in the warehouse and yard. This includes all incoming and outgoing pipe, fittings, consumables, rental equipment, and all components of unassembled reels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Physically load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and accurately

• Ensure all incoming & outgoing shipments are accurate.

• Enter, investigate, and track quality and safety issues to closure.

• Disassemble and ship empty reels in a timely manner.

• Properly cut and dispose of scrap pipe.

• Ensure paperwork is accurately maintained according to safety and quality standards.

• Direct/Mentor the warehouse team in daily picking and storage activities.

• Manage 5S standards and maintain a safe working environment, including but not limited to the yard and all warehouse spaces.

• Support the Rentals program by ensuring shipments are on time and per FLEXPIPE guidelines.

• Continually developing knowledge and skills regarding tools, equipment, and protocols.

• Maintain inventory stock levels for consumables products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role.

• Forklift Certification would be an asset.

• Possess basic computer skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Be able to lift 50lbs unassisted.

• Experience in warehouse environment and knowledge of warehouse management systems would be a definite asset

• Consistent commitment to working safely
