Warehouse Team Lead-Fulfillment

The Lead Person plans, organizes, helps staff, directs, and controls the warehouse activities. Assisting in the selection, training, and motivation of the workforce in our fulfillment area. The Lead Person is accountable for helping to achieve company objectives in regard to safe workplace, properly trained work force, labor cost efficiency, employee productivity,

Available Shift:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm ($18.25/hour)

Must be flexible to cover 2nd and Weekend shifts to accommodate business demand.

The successful candidate will:

• Require flexibility to be able to cover our different shifts to accommodate business needs.

• Provide hourly productivity updates when applicable.

• Ensure all Hot next-day shipments are priority.

• Sustain all processes implemented sorting orders, FIFO method.

• Research aging orders daily, provide updates to aging order emails.

• Communicate low performing associates to Supervisor daily.

• Provide picking supplies to pick associates tape, boxes, etc.

• Ensure all processes are being followed.

• Ensure 5's policies and procedures are being followed by the pick associates.

• Communicate order picker staffing needs.

• Communicate any recruitment/staffing requests to Supervisor prior to approval.

• Update performance board prior to morning PID meeting.

• Ensure all carrier shipments are loaded daily.

• Assist with training of new associates.

• Always promote a safe workplace
