Overview and Essential Functions A successful Warehouse Supervisor shall oversee warehouse personnel; ensure receiving, warehousing, and distributing materials by implementing, coordinating, and applying program, operations, and personnel guidelines and procedures; ensure accurate inventory records by conducting and organizing physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of materials handling equipment; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks and the functionality of each; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

In order to perform this job, you must demonstrate, either by training or experience: the ability to work safely, with or without supervision; the ability to work standing, at shoulder height and overhead, for extended periods; the ability to lift and manipulate various telecommunication construction equipment/tools; excellent manual dexterity; the ability to follow instructions and communicate verbally and in writing; the ability to organize materials and equipment for easy access and distribution; the ability to fully understand and operate equipment, including, but not limited to pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts; Responsibilities: Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees and supervisors of an assigned area, department, or project(s). Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Develop processes to ensure completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project(s). Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project(s). Qualifications Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.

Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.

Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
