About the "Department"

• Montrose Regional Health Materials management provides the, supplies and equipment needed by health personnel to deliver health services. The right, supplies and equipment must be at the right place, at the right time and in the right quantity in order that our personnel can deliver high quality health services.

About The Career:

• Materials Management is responsible for the supply chain needs of Montrose Regional Health. The department provides stewardship of resources and includes leadership in the areas of purchasing, receiving, distribution and inventory control. The Warehouse Supervisor must be able to successfully complete all duties of Materials Management 2 and Materials Management 1. Warehouse Supervisor supervises supply technicians and ensure locations are well maintained and Materials process are followed. Ensure PAR levels are updated as needed using Days on hand report. Assist Materials Director in creating and updating processes as needed. Places orders correctly through phone, email, FAX and EDI. Updates MMIS product data as necessary, brings pricing discrepancies to the attention of vendor and updates appropriately. Expected to resolve invoice problems pertaining to price and quantity and can collaborate with finance to troubleshoot exemptions. The Warehouse Supervisor must know how to create new items, create conversions, and delete obsolete items in MMIS. The Warehouse Supervisor is the lead coordinator for physical inventory and consignment inventory. Ensures cycle counts are completed for consignment inventory. The Warehouse Supervisor knows how the various inventories interact and knows how to explain variances. The Warehouse Supervisor is the primary coordinator for department requisitions and may be required to fill orders and update PAR levels if needed. Can handle all facets of the job with little to no assistance. Participates in quality improvement team and offers solutions to problems. No deficiencies highlighted in performance reviews. All About You:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally, and non-verbally, in a clear, concise manner.

• The ability to make appropriate decisions based on fact and knowledge is required.

• Prior experience as supervisor preferred. 3 years' experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving

• Job Knowledge: Supply Chain, Inventory, MMIS, shipping, receiving
