Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description SUMMARY

This position will oversee the production and distribution process; oversee operations performed in the bulk and finished package warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Package and ship assuring good consistent quality for all customers

• Ensure that correct products are shipped in a timely manner and in the correct trailer

• Assign duties to warehouse personnel

• Complete bagging reports daily

• Perform weekly and monthly inventory counts

• Inform management of potential shortages in product and/or raw materials

• Assist operators in proper orientations and safety techniques as well a repair of production equipment

• Acquire repair parts for operators in a timely manner to limit duration of down time

Job Requirements EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Requires a minimum of a high school diploma.

• Must be able to read and understand paperwork necessary to correctly load products onto trailers

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
