Your Job

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our facility in Modesto, California. This role will be responsible for managing compliance, EH&S programs, seasonal production, shipping, and receiving oversight duties consistent with Georgia-Pacific's management philosophy and framework.

What You Will Do

• Lead a team in compliance in safety, health, environmental, and quality.

• Foster a culture based on our Principle Based Management (PBM) Philosophy

• Drive safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively identify hazards and implement appropriate mitigating strategies; investigate incidents and participate in resolution of causes.

• Ensure department operates effectively and efficiently compared to benchmarks and milestones.

• Communicate with Operations, Sales, carriers, and contractors regarding inventory system and adjustments.

• Manage PCS Kiwi system for auditing and daily reconciliation.

• Support implementation of new systems into the workflow.

• Involvement in Safety, Quality, and Operations strategies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Three (3) or more years of mechanical packaging or warehouse supervision experience.

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project).

• Availability to work on-call hours as required.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in the corrugated/package industry

• Five (5) or more years of warehouse experience

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $110,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
