SUMMARY

The Warehouse Supervisor provides purchasing support, monitors, and inspects all incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure quality of items and accuracy of orders and returns. Enters delivered items into the inventory system, maintains supporting documentation, notifies requesters of received delivery, and tracks and maintains inventory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collects Kanban Cards and submits Internal Requisition in ERP for reorder.

• Monitors open deliveries and follows up on late orders.

• Back-up Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk Role

• Enters received items into the inventory system.

• Records shortages and backordered items

• Prepares outgoing shipments to ensure proper packaging, address information, and item accuracy.

• Maintains material test reports (MTRs) and externally provided quality inspection records for inventory.

• Supports Engineering by tracking accurate, timely receipt of orders.

• Supports corporate quality with recordkeeping, nonconformances, corrective actions and audit support.

• Supports corporate procurement with recordkeeping and returns of inventoried parts.

• Supports launch engineers and technicians in kitting hardware to be installed per work control documents.

• Provides suggestion for process improvements on inventory management system and procurement.

• Follows safety regulations, including always wearing proper safety clothing and gear.

• Performs other duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic math skills

• Attention to detail

• Software operation and data entry skills

• Physical stamina to perform regular duties, including

• Lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds

• Stand for long periods of time

• Crouch, bend, and reach

• Personal and communication skills

• Forklift operation

• Possess a valid Real ID drivers license, and clean driving record.

Desired

• Experience in procurement, business, finance or related field.

• Experience working in a well-structured and automated receiving environment or warehouse

• Odoo ERP/MRP
