Job Basics

The Warehouse Supervisor ensures optimum customer service by loading will-call customers, preparing deliveries, and handling inventory to prevent shrinkage and boost sales, aiding the company in meeting or exceeding goals.

Job Duties

• Pull orders for delivery and pickup
• Receive and unload deliveries promptly
• Ensure proper receipt and storage of inventory
• Maintain stocked and organized shelves in the showroom
• Manage order delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct cycle counts, research inventory discrepancies, and initiate transfers for inventory maintenance
• Merchandise showroom with appropriate signage and manage bin locations
• Assist with will-call order entry as necessary

Minimum Experience

• 2-3 years of warehouse or distribution experience

Pay Range

• $18.00 - $25.00 per hour ($37,000 - $52,000 per year) based on experience
