Warehouse Supervisor (Bryan Dairy 3rd Shift - approximately 11pm - 7 am)

This position is based onsite in at our new Bryan Dairy location in Seminole, FL. Now offering a $4,500 sign-on bonus for new, external candidates for this major expansion!

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Jabil, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. Working closely with the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate handling of goods while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your role will involve providing leadership, coordinating activities, and supporting the team in achieving operational goals.

What can you expect to do?

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Set clear expectations, delegate tasks effectively, and support team members in achieving their goals.

Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and productivity by optimizing warehouse layout, workflow, and resource allocation. Implement best practices for material handling, picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer requirements and service level agreements.

Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections, provide training on safe work practices, and address any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the warehouse operations. Implement initiatives to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and improve overall efficiency.

Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to meet customer requirements and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, or delivery. Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse associates. Provide coaching and performance feedback to support professional growth and career development.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

• 2+ years of experience as a direct people leader.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technology tools such as ERP systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to warehouse operations.
