Job Description:

CACI is seeking cleared Warehouse Specialists to work in support of the C5ISR Headquarters and subordinate directorates at Aberdeen Proving Ground MD.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • You will perform a variety of warehousing duties, which require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan

  • Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damage

  • Routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing stacking, or alphabetizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods'

  • Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; removing material from storage and preparing for shipment.

More About the Role:

This position will play a critical role in the proper tracking and accountability of potentially sensitive materials for key U.S. Army programs.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An Active Secret Clearance.

  • HS/GED w/ 1 year experience in warehouse operation.

  • Must be experienced in the safe handling and transportation of equipment in accordance with established SOP's

  • Must have experience in conducting equipment inventory and maintaining property accountability documentation

Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: * Provide engineering support on communication systems to include but not limited to Joint Network Node (JNN), Satellite Transportable Terminal (STT), Regional Hub Node (RHN), Soldier Network Extension (SNE), and Tactical Communications Node (TCN). * Coordinate with partner organizations to identify network initialization requirements to ensure optimal functionality and work as part of the Network Engineering team to design, test, and implement changes to the network architecture baseline. * Collaborate across technical organizations to deliver routing or switching systems, help integrate systems, and design system architectures in support of an Integrated Tactical Network. The successful candidate will have: Required skills: * Knowledge of TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) network and network architectures. * Knowledge of standard networking protocol for transport (including Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)), routing, and network services such as DNS (Domain Name Server), SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol), NTP/PTP (Network Time Protocol/Precision Time Protocol), etc. * Current knowledge of wireless and SATCOM networks. * Experience with Firewalls, VPNs (Virtual Private Network), IDS (Intrusion Detection System), HAIPEs (High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor), and other network security technologies. * Experience with cloud technologies, data center networks, Software Defined Networking (SDN), and/or Network Function Virtualization (NFV) • * Experience with Network modeling and simulation tools such as OPNET/Riverbed Modeler and Exata. * Current hands-on experience with the configuration of commercial IP routers, ethernet switches, and other standard networking equipment • Experience with the use of tools for network performance testing, management and troubleshooting (e.g. Wireshark). Desired skills: * Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft products. * Expertise in DoD, US Navy and USMC network architectures and technologies. * Experience with experimentation, prototyping, and piloting projects. * Expertise with robust communication solutions for stressed environment. * Certifications in Cisco CCNA, COMPTIA Security +, CISSP. * Experience in assessing customers' needs, identifying and proposing viable technical solutions. Education and years of experience * BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline. * Five (5) years of recent experience in performing technical design, analysis or research into terrestrial communications systems.
