The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Shipping and receiving.

  • Coordinate and execute installation Transportation Office shipments

  • Packaging items for shipment and arranging delivery pickups

  • Verifying quantity of items received against hand receipts

  • Cataloguing and posting property into a DPAS database

  • Labeling property for accurate tracking

  • Conducting inventories

  • Organize and maintain accountability of shipping storage area

  • Loading and unloading materials and products

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Good working knowledge of supply system

  • Detailed oriented

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong Organizational skills


  • Experience using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and handcarts

  • Experience working in Department of Defense Environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Excel

  • Familiarity with Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).

  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) supply chain management

  • Experience with Defense Reutilization Management Organization (DRMO)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide planning, analytical, operational and technical services to USAICoE for PKI daily operations Monday through Friday (regular office hours) for LRA/ETA functions, and other times, as specified by mission requirements. The Candidate shall provide, for Government approval, draft presentations; technical reports and studies, meeting minutes, activity reports, token reports, backlog reports, NSA failed-token reports, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) documentation. The employee shall not make any decisions on allocating resources or budget policy and strategy. * Schedule participate in project meetings, provide overall PKI management support services for USAICoE and provide recommendations for both classified and unclassified environments and integration services in coordination with Government staff to support PKI daily operations. All work performed shall comply with the current DoD PKI RA-LRA CPS and NSS PKI DoD RPS. Schedule, coordinate, and participate in working group meetings with the PKI stakeholders to track progress, identify problem areas, review any technical and logistical requirements, and coordinate milestones pertaining to PKI operations. When working with personnel outside the requiring agency, employees shall ensure that all personnel understand their status as non-Government employees. The employee shall not obligate or bind the Government in any way, enter into any agreements on the Government's behalf, or exercise any Governmental discretion. The employee shall only articulate the Government's positions and policies and provide technical information IAW Government direction * Support USAICoE in the areas of Army Communications Security to include Cryptographic Modernization, KMI, CAC and PKI. * Provide daily support, excluding Federal Holidays in Government facilities at the following locations at USAICoE, Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Provide sufficient coverage on-site to preclude interruptions to these functions due to contractor personnel absence from the work site for personal time off (PTO), sick leave, or other absence. * In support of the USAICoE missions, ETA support locations and times are subject to change based on mission requirements. * Provide support in creation of SIPRNET PKI tokens and interface with USAICoE SIPRNET users for token requests, distribution, initial issue of tokens, and unlocking token PINs. * Perform PKI daily operations and action/process customer requests in order to provide the user with a PKI Token within a timely manner, Not to Exceed 3 days from request or notification, and to replace a user token within 24 hours. The value and utility of the DoD PKI depends on the binding of credentials to the Subscriber to whom they are issued, be it an individual, role or group. * Ensure that all deliverables and products meet the standards established by the contract. Support periodic meetings, teleconferences and/or video teleconferences with the Government PM and/or COR to discuss contents of program management reports, providing materials and agendas (Report 1). * Participate in Technical Interchange Meetings when directed by the Government PM, KO, or COR to discuss and evaluate Contractor efforts. Present necessary data to enable a joint review of assigned tasks, schedules, and resource expenditures. * Conduct meetings at the Secret level and over SIPRNet * LRA Support Functions: Provide support to: * Verify Subscribers identity * Pre-Register users with PKI * Validate NPE certificate requirements and forward revocation requests. * Support issues and renewal of SIPRNet tokens * Support production of and delivery of an issue Report detailing number of tokens issued, renewed, and any issues encountered. CDRL A008 * Support retention of all associated documentation for a period of 10 years and 6 months IAW AR 25-400-2. The retention can be in electric format, i.e. scanned images (pdf). If stored in digital format, than originals can be disposed of appropriately. * Conduct duties as assigned through NSS/PKI RPS and DOD/PKI RA/LRA CPS * Provide a Trip Report to the Government for any TDY travel taken in support of this contract. * Develop, maintain, and provide ETA Activity report CDRL A009 * Develop, maintain, and provide Token Report CDRL A010 * Develop, maintain, and provide Token Backlog Report CDRL A011 Develop, maintain, and provide NSA Failed Token Report. CDRL A012 TOP SECRET clearance with access to SCI prior to employment. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required 3 years relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirements Minimum 1-3 years of directly applicable experience in developing and administering industrial security procedures for classified or propriety materials, documentation and equipment.
