Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk - 1St Shift

Your Role

You will report to a Supervisor and use a WMS (Warehouse Management System) to work with receivers to supply paperwork and create reporting for all shipping and receiving activities. You will work Monday

• Friday, 7:00 am

• 3:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $20.00 per hour with a full benefits package.

Your Responsibilities

• Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically (WMS)

• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments

• Ensure accuracy, prepare and create pick list, packing list, and POD (Point of Delivery) recovery for inbound or outbound activities

• Communicate with carriers, customer, operations, and management

• Perform clerical responsibilities such as filing, inbound/outbound phone calls, use of radio, data entry

• Verify and receive product into inventory

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of order entry systems

• WMS (Warehouse Management System) and customer service experience
