Position Description Summary:

Receiving Associate: Support the inventory operations on the airport site. Stock associates must have the ability to process shipping and receiving functions, pull, pack, delivery stock orders and provide maintenance activities for the shops. Associates must have the ability to communicate and partners with store management, vendors and airport staff to ensure proper compliance to rules and regulations for deliveries and movement of merchandise throughout the location. Must possess the ability to learn job responsibilities, such as good knowledge of the warehouse layout the various types of inventory processed and the merchandise departments.

Replenish Associate: Will also include maintaining and delivering stock to our various locations throughout the day. Pulling reports and filling orders to ensure that merchandise levels are adequately maintained at all times. The stock associate works directly with the sales associates and managers assisting with putting away stock, setting planograms and various promotions. Stock Associates may be called upon to perform all necessary store functions to include but not limited to customer service, register transactions, maintenance, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Put the customer first at all times, (internal and external customers)

  • Provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution

  • Proper utilization and respect for company issued tools and resources, with applications based on security practices of work environment

  • Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates

  • Maintain store / stockroom / warehouse appearance with respect to creating a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations, visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance standards

  • Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc. on our handheld or Company equipment

  • Efficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.)

  • Ensure consistent application of stock security as per defined processes

  • Be able to resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required

  • Accurately report and follow up on all IMT issues

  • Identify and report to management discrepancies according to defined process

  • Price stock and assist in store stocking, where required

Position Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required / Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience required

  • Must have strong customer service and effective communication sk

  • Work with a consistent sense of urgency.

  • Able to prioritize and handle several projects at on

  • Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimal instruction.

  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situation

  • Computer work, heavy lifting (40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing lifting, bending, nights or weekend work, based in a store or group of stores; early morning, evening and weekend work and holidays

  • Microsoft Office proficiency recommended

VIEW JOBS 11/12/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-02-10T00:00 POSITION OVERVIEW The Account Executive's (AE) main responsibility is to produce ticket revenue by developing and maintaining season and group ticket accounts. The AE will sell new season seat accounts through outside sales appointments with businesses, and over the phone sales to local residences. The AE will also sell new group accounts to decision makers within businesses and non-profit organizations ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Meet all sales goals assigned. * Set appointments over the phone with decision-makers, consistently meeting the weekly goals for sales appointments. * Master all sales presentations (taught in sales training) and deliver it in front of company decision-makers, tailoring packages according to each company's needs, and handling objections to bring in new season seat accounts. * Develop and maintain a database of potential group and season-seat customers. * Contact group leaders through the database and through new leads, particularly after a direct mail piece is released, to bring in new sales. * Prospect for quality leads, particularly through asking for referrals. * Provide customer service to existing accounts by visiting with them during games, as well as provide amenities. * Make phone calls during the season and off-season to ensure personalized, continual contact with ticket holders. * Work with the Box Office to update certain sales reports. * Complete any customer service and operational duty in season as assigned. * Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned (i.e. contract fulfillment). REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES (To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.) * Bachelor's degree required * Must be enthusiastic, creative and able to think both strategically and tactically * Well organized and have strong time management skills along with customer service skills * Attention to detail and goal oriented * Ability to work independently and collaboratively and ability to multi-task and adapt to sudden changes in market * Ability to attend all home games * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekend and holidays IDEAL CANDIDATE: * 1-2 years' experience in sports team sales, general business sales, or sports management is preferred. * Previous experience in face-to-face and telemarketing sales is ideal.
