Join our dynamic, growing company! Helen of Troy has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Outlet Associate at our Corporate Headquarters in El Paso, TX.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Outlet Manager and working closely with the public. The Warehouse Outlet Associate is responsible for performing the day-to-day operations of the Helen of Troy Warehouse Outlet Store. Associate will also be responsible for handling co-responsibility for the financial and inventory integrity of the store.
Warehouse Outlet Associate key responsibilities include:
Assisting the Manager in performing the day-to-day operations such as ensuring shelves are stocked, products are labeled and priced correctly.
Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Clean shelves, wipe counters, product, and keep cash register area clean.
Daily counting and reconciling of opening and ending cash balances to sales reports, weekly cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory balances to system reports.
Properly and accurately use the POS (point of sale) system to conduct purchase transactions, process credit/debit and cash transactions.
Opening and closing each day and evening ensuring it is properly secured.
Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to deal with the public each day and represent Helen of Troy in a positive manner.
Requirements for Consideration:
6+ months experience in sales and customer service.
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with customers.
Able to follow instructions.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) on the sales floor.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
